The journey started over a decade ago; building our knowledge and experience with consultancies and contractors. We are now able to offer a BIM/Revit/CAD outsourcing service to the construction industry. We offer a friendly, thorough, versatile option to companies who don't have the skill or resource to  complete the work in-house.

BIM (Building Information Modelling)

BIM is a process supported by various tools, technologies and contracts; involving the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places'. But what does this mean?  For us at 3de, BIM is the process in which we can take our standard two-dimensional (2D) designs to the next level. BIM allows us to fully integrate our designs with other members of the design team (architect, structural engineers etc), and communicate our design in a three-dimensional (3D) live environment.  As a client, the benefits of working in that manner are significant, and we encourage utilising a 'BIM' approach on all projects where we believe it will be of benefit.

BIM & Modelling

We utilise the latest Autodesk software to produce 3D coordinated MEP models. We produce and/or progress models at any stage of the design, we have years of experience from early stage 2, to construction all the way to completion/handover.  Our projects range from plantrooms, small residential & commercial buildings to modern/state of the art hospitals and schools. 

CAD & Drawing Services

With 3D modelling increasingly evolving it is easy to forget about 2D CAD. We are just as experienced in this and are happy to produce engineering drawings outside of the 3D environment.

Scan to BIM

A physical space or site/building is digitally captured as a laser scan , we then use this data to create a 3D Revit model, whether that be structural, Architectural, Landscape or MEP elements. These models can be used for maintenance and/or development purposes.
